How fast can you print?
Cards, flyers, and letterhead are usually 3–4 days after the file is approved. Apparel is 4–6 days. Packaging is 7–10 days. Rush is a flat ৳350 when the press can take it.
Which files can I upload?
PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, AI, and PSD, up to 50 MB. PDF, AI, and PSD are accepted even when the browser cannot draw a live preview.
What is the minimum quantity?
It depends on the product. Cards and labels start at 100. Flyers and packaging start at 50. Shirts, posters, and banners can be a single piece.
How do I pay?
bKash, a bank transfer, or cash when production starts. This demo does not capture a real payment. A transaction ID is stored with the order so a studio can match it.
What if my file has no bleed?
Checkout is not blocked. The preview shows a safe zone inside the print area, and prepress will flag a file that would cut into the artwork.
Will the colors match my screen?
Screens are RGB and brighter than paper. Printed color will be close, not identical. The studio can convert the file and note any color that will shift.
When do I get a quote instead of a price?
When the price needs a person. Custom box dimensions are the example in this catalog. You still configure the job and upload the file. The studio sends a price before you pay.
What if the print is wrong?
If the studio made the error, the job is reprinted. If the file was printed as supplied, the reprint is a new order.
